Investment policy

The Investment Guidelines and Policy of the Company as set out below are an integral part of the Organizational By-laws of the Company enacted by the Board of Directors in accordance with Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 19 of the Company's Articles of Association.

The Company is an investment company with the main purpose of direct and indirect retention, purchase and sale as well as administration and financing of investments in Swiss and foreign companies, in particular foreign collective investment vehicles, which primarily invest in US securities and worldwide in industrialized markets and which are deemed alternative, non-traditional investments, in order to achieve a long term capital increase.

The level of systematic market exposure is left to the discretion of the Fund Managers and therefore can be either positive or negative (long or short) at any time.
